Terms of Service
Version 2026-09-04By using 7Mova you agree to what is written here. The text is intentionally short: promises that do not fit into plain language are usually promises never meant to be kept.
What 7Mova is
An information tool for anyone deciding to move to a new city or country. It brings jobs, housing, schools, and environmental indicators together on the same map, with the origin and date of every number clearly visible, and compares alternatives using the weights your family declares.
What 7Mova is not
It is not legal, immigration, financial, or real estate advice. It does not broker hiring, renting, buying, or school enrollment. It does not guarantee job openings, housing availability, school spots, or visa approvals. Life decisions are yours; 7Mova exists so you can make them with more information, not in place of them.
What 7Mova explicitly does not know
The product is built on the belief that “we do not know” is a legitimate answer, and it writes it on screen instead of guessing. In particular:
- most job postings say nothing about visa sponsorship — silence is not rejection, and 7Mova shows this as “worth trying”;
- property listings carry a collection date and may no longer be available when you click;
- 7Mova does not score schools or safety ratings; where official metrics exist, it displays the raw number and source;
- map distances are straight lines, unless explicitly noted otherwise on screen.
Each surface declares its exact coverage. When data does not exist for your selection, the answer is declared absence — never an invented figure to fill the space.
Your account
Login is through Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to that account. We may suspend accounts that use the service for mass automated scraping, reselling data, or any use violating the licenses of our upstream sources — usage limits exist because data belongs to someone, and respecting them allows us to keep serving it.
Subscription and payment
7Mova offers paid plans. What each includes, price, and billing cycle are in your subscription area — that is what governs, not this text: prices written here would age and contradict the purchase screen.
Payment is processed by Stripe. Your card data is entered in their secure environment and 7Mova never receives or stores it: what remains on our end is a record of the transaction, amount, and date. When a plan includes a trial period, the number of days is clearly stated in the offer before you confirm.
Canceling vs. refunding — they are two different things
Canceling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, and no new charges will occur. You cancel on your own, without asking or speaking to anyone, under Manage subscription in your subscription area. Canceling does not refund past payments.
Refunding means getting your money back. Within 7 calendar days of purchase we refund the amount paid, no questions asked — simply state you changed your mind. The path is opening a ticket under Support, refund option. We respond within 3 business days; funds return via the original payment method, and when it appears on your statement depends on your bank or card issuer, not us.
After 7 days, requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Two situations have no time limit and always apply:
- incorrect billing — amount differs from what the offer stated, or duplicate charges: we refund the difference and process within 1 business day;
- broken promise — if we delivered data as existing that did not exist, or failed to declare a coverage gap that should have been disclosed, refunding is our duty without you having to ask. This is the direct counterpart of the rule above: a product that claims “we do not know” where it doesn’t know must pay when it claimed to know and didn’t.
Closing your account is not a refund request, and one does not imply the other: if you want both, request the refund before closing — after closure there is no channel left to discuss the billing.
Changes
When these terms change substantially, the version at the top advances. Previous acceptances remain recorded — history is never overwritten, and your acceptance remains tied to the version active on that date.
Currently the product does not prompt for re-acceptance from existing account holders: consent is logged at account creation. We say this because the previous phrase — “and we will ask for your consent again” — promised a step that did not exist, and a document that promises a missing step commits the very fault it forbids elsewhere. Until re-consent is implemented, the version published here applies, and changes can only be in your favor: reductions of your rights will not take effect without explicit consent.
